Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the most complex customer engagements, drive consumption strategy, and serve as the definitive technical authority for accounts.

You will own executive-level relationships, mentor SAs, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade Databricks solutions. The role requires 8+ years in technical leadership, expert-level Databricks knowledge, and Mandarin proficiency for the Greater China Region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or similar senior technical role.
• Live coding assessment and platform build during interview.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical and consumption strategy for complex customer engagements.
• Own senior-level technical relationships with executives and stakeholders.
• Lead complex architecture engagements across multi-workload platforms and migrations.
• Mentor junior SAs (L3-L5) on technical depth and engagement skills.
• Contribute to Field Engineering thought leadership through content and workshops.
