Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Sr. Delivery Solutions Architect for the Greater China Region to accelerate platform adoption across strategic customers.

Based in Singapore, you will bridge sales, field engineering and customer success, acting as the post-sale technical lead across Databricks products. You will own end-to-end plans for high-value use cases, oversee onboarding, enablement and ongoing success, and communicate with executives to secure alignment and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering technical projects in Data and AI.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles.
• Understanding of distributed data systems and value attribution.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to plan use cases and demand.
• Lead post-technical win strategy for top accounts.
• Be the technical lead across multiple teams to drive onboarding and production use cases.
• Own the execution plan for production readiness and go-live.
• Coordinate with PS resources and product/engineering for innovations.
