Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Delivery Solutions Architect to partner with sales and field engineering, accelerating adoption of the Databricks platform for strategic customers. The role blends technical leadership with commercial accountability to drive onboarding, enablement and healthy consumption of workloads.

You will report to a Field Engineering Manager and collaborate across diverse teams to craft execution plans, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience accountable for technical project delivery in Data & AI domains.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand demand plans for prioritised customers.
• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for key use cases across accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams, driving onboarding, enablement and adoption.
