Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering technical programs in Data and AI
• Proficiency in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting
• Understanding of distributed data systems and how to map business value to deliverables
• Strong program/project management with stakeholder and resource accountability
• Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives
• Mandarin proficiency and Greater China Region collaboration required

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand demand plans for prioritized customers
• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for key use cases
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple teams for production onboarding and go-live activities
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues related to production or go-live status
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Education, Onboarding and PS to address complex tasks
• Develop and execute a plan to accelerate use cases into production and drive adoption
• Liaise with Product and Engineering for new features, previews and upgrade needs
• Create comprehensive delivery plans covering all customer-facing technical roles and streams
