Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the most complex customer engagements and drive consumption strategy across accounts. You will own executive-level technical relationships and serve as the definitive technical authority for data and AI initiatives.

You will mentor SAs, architect multi-workload platforms, and develop competitive strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Mandarin and deep cloud-native expertise are required.

Formación

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, principal engineering, technical pre-sales leadership, or a senior customer-facing technical role.
• Expert-level coding proficiency in Python, SQL, and ideally Spark/PySpark.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture: distributed systems, streaming, lakehouse design, governance, cloud-native.
• Databricks Platform knowledge (or equivalent depth in competitors).
• Proven track record of driving consumption growth and platform adoption in large accounts.
• Mandarin proficiency with Greater China Region collaboration experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or quantitative discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the technical and consumption strategy for the organization's most complex customer engagements.
• Own senior-level technical relationships as a trusted advisor on enterprise data and AI strategy.
• Lead the most complex architecture engagements: multi-workload platforms, migrations, real-time systems, AI/ML at scale.
• Mentor junior SAs on depth, engagement, and prioritization.
• Contribute to Field Engineering thought leadership through customer-facing content and workshops.
