Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead our most complex customer engagements. You will drive consumption strategy, own executive-level relationships, and serve as the definitive technical authority for your accounts.

You will mentor teammates, contribute to field engineering, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI and data solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years in solutions architecture or senior customer-facing technical roles.
• Expert-level coding proficiency — Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture and cloud-native platforms.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Mandarin business proficiency and GCR experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive consumption strategy for complex customer engagements and influence platform adoption.
• Own senior-level technical relationships and act as trusted advisor on data and AI strategy.
