Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Delivery Solutions Architect to lead post-sale technical strategy across complex use cases for strategic customers. You will drive onboarding, enablement and adoption while coordinating with Sales, Field Engineering and Professional Services.

The role requires strong data/AI delivery background and effective executive communication. You will engage across product and engineering for innovations, build plans with stakeholders, and manage governance and customer

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience accountable for technical project/delivery in Data and AI
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture or consulting role
• Understanding of distributed data systems and solution architecture
• Ability to attribute business value to deliverables
• Strong governance of programs/projects with stakeholders and resources
• Experience resolving escalations with senior executives
• Experience conducting discovery workshops and roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution for strategic accounts
• Be the accountable technical leader across multiple use cases and teams
• Coordinate with Professional Services for engagement delivery
• Engage Product/Engineering for new features and upgrades
• Develop and execute plans covering onboarding, enablement, adoption, and governance
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to leadership
