You will blend technical leadership with commercial activities, guiding onboarding, enablement, and go-live while coordinating with services and product teams.

You will engage with executives, design strategic roadmaps, and ensure value realization from Databricks workloads, with travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technical projects in Data and AI
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting
• Strong understanding of distributed data systems and business value attribution
• Technical program/project management including stakeholder and resource management
• Ability to engage with senior executives and manage escalations
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy and execution across use cases and strategic accounts
• Own and drive delivery plans, onboarding, enablement, and production rollout of workloads
• Serve as the primary technical contact for production/go-live status
• Coordinate with Professional Services and other teams to build delivery tasks
• Develop execution plans covering all customer-facing technical activities and teams
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering for new features, previews, and upgrade needs
• Provide KPI updates on usage, customer health, and risks to leadership
