In this role, you will leverage your expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java to design and implement robust and user‑friendly web applications. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our projects and mentoring junior developers.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Design and develop full stack web applications, ensuring seamless integration of front‑end and back‑end components.
• Implement responsive and user‑centric interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure alignment with established standards.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements, and actively advocate for the adoption of new technologies and techniques.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.
• Lead and participate in internal hiring process of suitable candidates from the tech industry inclusive of assessment and decision making

Qualifications
