Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist PM in coordinating with subcontractors and workers.
• Check and study drawings before disseminating information.
• Lead workers to carry out concrete and rebar work.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping provisions are followed.
• Coordinate material delivery and monitor schedule.

Job description

The Senior Site Foreman assists the Deputy PM/PM incoordinating with sub-contractors and workers over site general works(Formwork, Concrete, Rebar, and Reinforcement), ensuring work done is inaccordance with specifications and quality requirements.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, andnot limited to, as follows:

• Checkand study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons andworkers.
• Leadworkers to carry out basement lean concrete and prepare for formwork/rebarwork.
• Carryout inspection and casting of basement slab/wall/column.
• Ensureproper housekeeping and safety provisions at the site working area forsub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
• Assistin manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hoursreturns, and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Coordinateand monitor the availability and on-time delivery of materials/equipmentto complete the construction work within schedule.
• Submitdaily allocation sheets.
• Receiveand order materials from the store.
• Adherenceto safety practices in the workplace.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Experience:Prior 6 years of experience in Singapore Building or underground MRT /Civil projects
• Familiarwith relevant drawings, specifications, and details
• Minimallyhave completed 1 cycle of a project with a value of S$100M and above
