Job description

You will be responsible for driving solutions around Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ best practices. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the drivers for change, develop requirements, and communicate progress effectively. Your expertise in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and CPQ functional design and best practices will be crucial in this role.As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to write technical specification documents, which include architecture diagrams, data model diagrams, process flows, and sequence diagrams. Your experience and track record should demonstrate the ability to identify and eliminate root cause issues successfully and implement future-proof solutions backed by thorough analysis. Additionally, you will be involved in building and supporting integrations with Salesforce, as well as troubleshooting and resolving production issues.To excel in this position, you should have at least 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer supporting Sales, Service, and Salesforce CPQ. Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs is essential. A strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and performance optimization is required.Proficiency in object-oriented programming and experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies is expected. You should also have experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and be familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD tools such as Gearset and Copado.Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing automation solutions using Salesforce Flow and Apex triggers. You should be able to identify areas for improvement in the existing Salesforce environment, pitch your ideas, and bring them to life. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to identify and articulate business needs and translate them into solutions.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira is preferred. Certifications in Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist are required.
