Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in power protection or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a sales team.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales and business development targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
• Promote power protection and power quality solutions to customers.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and secure new projects.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and project costings accurately.
• Lead tender presentations and clarification meetings.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts and sales reports.
• Update sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct product presentations and technical training for customers.
• Support the Division Director on business initiatives and other assigned tasks.
