Adelmo Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a Service Sales Engineer to drive service revenue growth for UPS and power protection solutions. The role combines service business development, technical sales and engineering support with a focus on preventive maintenance contracts, battery replacement and lifecycle services.
You will develop new business, provide technical guidance to the field team and maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with internal sales and operations to secure service
Formación
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical sales, electrical maintenance, UPS systems or industrial service.
- Good understanding of AC/DC electrical fundamentals and troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and service reports.
- Strong communication, customer engagement and negotiation skills.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and grow service revenue through UPS PM contracts, maintenance and repair services.
- Identify new customers and promote service agreements and maintenance contracts.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field service teams; liaise with manufacturers on technical matters.
