Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a Global Leader in Industrial UPS System & Solution to recruit a senior sales professional for regional power & UPS systems. You will develop strategic accounts, manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored energy-efficient solutions across regional markets.

The role requires a degree in engineering or a related field and 5–10 years of sales experience in UPS

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales experience in UPS, industrial power systems & solutions.
• Degree in engineering or a relevant technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic accounts for Industrial Power & UPS systems across regional markets.
• Execute account strategies to drive long-term partnerships and regional expansion.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead identification and RFQ management to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored energy-efficient solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
