Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Direct sales experience in power protection technologies and construction is advantageous.
• Process-oriented, customer-focused with drive to improve sales and profitability.
• Highly organized with direct sales, project and task management skills.
• Proven sales leader with at least 3 years of team management.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the assigned sales team to achieve sales and business development targets.
• Spearhead market development for power protection and engineering solutions in assigned segments.
• Develop sales strategies and oversee all phases of the sales process for timely customer service.
• Build and maintain a quality sales pipeline with multi-level strategies to win projects.
• Establish, maintain, and expand commercial relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Ensure tender submissions and costings are comprehensive and accurate.
• Lead and participate in tender clarifications.
• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
• Utilize and update project details in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for targeted customers.
• Assist the Division Director with other tasks as required.
