Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Sales leadership experience with at least 3 years managing a team.
• Experience in power protection technologies and construction sector is advantageous.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Process-oriented and customer-focused with drive to improve sales and profitability.
• Highly organized with excellent direct sales, project, and task management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the assigned sales team to achieve targets.
• Spearhead market development for power protection and power quality solutions within assigned segments.
• Develop sales strategies and oversee all phases of the sales process to ensure timely customer service.
• Build and maintain a quality sales pipeline and win projects.
• Establish, maintain, and expand commercial relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Ensure tender submissions and costings are comprehensive and accurate.
• Lead tender clarifications.
• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts.
• Diligently update project details in Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for targeted customers.
• Assist the Division Director with any other tasks as required.
