FASTSTREAM RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive new business, manage strategic customer relationships, and expand its footprint across Singapore and the APAC region within the satellite communications sector.

You will lead the full sales cycle, engage with senior decision-makers, and collaborate with tech and operations teams to deliver solutions, with Mandarin language skills a key requirement for Mandarin-speaking markets.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Degree or equivalent in related discipline.
Strong Mandarin and English language skills.
Experience in maritime, SatCom, or related tech is a plus.
Proven track record in consultative selling and account management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
Identify opportunities across Singapore and APAC.
Manage key customer accounts and cross-sell opportunities.
Present and sell satellite communications and maritime tech solutions.
Engage with senior stakeholders across technical, commercial, IT, and procurement.
Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Collaborate with technical, operations, and support teams to ensure delivery.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account plans.
Represent the company at maritime and industry events.
Support Mandarin-speaking markets.
