Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales in maritime satellite communications or related sectors.
• Excellent strategic sales planning and contract negotiating abilities.
• Thorough understanding of managed networks, VSAT, and L-band maritime communication technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Chinese market and marine customers, and grow key accounts.
• Find and approach potential new customers and convert them into long-term clients.
• Oversee pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and finalization in the territory.
• Meet and surpass annual/quarterly sales goals.
• Explore cross-selling and upselling, including digital solutions for managed networks.
• Collaborate with operations, project, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Establish relationships with ship managers, owners, and operators domestically and internationally.
