Qualifications

• Proven track record in solution-based B2B sales, ideally maritime or ICT.
• Experience in managing direct sales and channel partnerships.
• Preferred: Knowledge of maritime ICT systems, shipboard communications, or IoT integration.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Achieve revenue targets and lead client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Account Management: Define objectives, build key contact maps, manage renewals and collaborate for client success.
• Reporting & CRM: Maintain CRM records, update pipeline, and contribute to regional planning.
• Marketing & Industry Presence: Share market insights and represent the organization at industry events.
