We are seeking a sales person with proven sales & marketing experience to lead our Singapore sales team for above product sectors. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth in Industrial Equipment, Marine, Oil & Gas & Metal Fabrication.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Identify new market opportunities and establish entry strategies for emerging markets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing sales team across multiple countries. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Negotiate major contracts and oversee complex sales cycles.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy. Drive penetration into new verticals such as manufacturing, AI Robotics, and energy.
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior leadership. Possess a visionary view and able to lead by example.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics, Business, or related field. 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in engineering or industrial products. Proven track record of managing regional responsibilities across Asia‑Pacific. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
