Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business for Systems Integration & Solutions Services in the Defence and Public Security sectors. The role requires 8–12 years of sales or business development experience in engineering, automation, ICT, or system integration, with a track record in public sector tenders and complex bids.

You will lead strategic sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and liaise with government agencies and system owners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Electrical / Electronic / Computer / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Telecommunications / IT, or equivalent
• Minimum 8–12 years of sales or business development experience in engineering, automation, ICT, or system integration.
• Experience managing public sector tenders and competitive bidding with proven track record of winning large engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Preferred Experience in Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects such as Airport terminal developments, Integrated command and control centers, Critical national infrastructure, OT and cybersecurity integration
• Possess strategic thinking, excellent negotiation and influencing ability, and strong presentation and communication skills
