We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by securing new accounts and supporting the management of existing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and contributing to our market expansion. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee the sales process from prospecting to negotiation and closure for your assigned accounts.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to provide field feedback and help refine sales strategies.
  • Analyze the Market: Identify new business opportunities by understanding market trends and competitor activity.
  • Leverage Technology: Accurately manage your pipeline and forecast sales activity using our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Academic Qualifications: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is beneficial.
  • Work Experience: 3–5 years of B2B sales experience. Practical experience in the Pest Management, Cleaning, or Facility Management industry is highly preferred.
Skills & Attributes
  • A proven track record as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role, working on deals worth $1m and above
  • Experience using various tender platforms such as Gebiz, Ariba and Sesami
  • A consultative sales approach, focused on understanding client problems.
  • Comfort with technology and a keenness to use SaaS tools and data to win business.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and strong presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach and a passion for sales.
