Job summary

Aktio Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow construction equipment sales and rental in Singapore. You will develop new business opportunities and manage relationships with clients in the construction industry.

Responsibilities include promoting equipment, conducting client visits, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and achieving sales targets. Own transport is required for site visits and meetings, with a focus on delivering excellent service and building loyalty.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently.
• Proficient in managing client relationships and CRM systems.
• Comfortable with cold calling, visits, and business development.
• Experience in construction equipment, machinery rental, or B2B sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and lease construction equipment and accessories.
• Conduct cold calls, client visits, and presentations to generate new opportunities.
• Identify and develop new customers in construction-related industries.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate terms to secure orders.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders and sales opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Aim to achieve individual sales and rental targets.
