Job description

Reporting to the Director, key deliverables include:

• Develop businesses in line with local sales strategy
• Identify, develop and maintain customer relationships
• Prepare quotation for formwork and scaffolding solutions requested by the customer
• Negotiate and finalize sales / rental contracts with customers and thereafter provide relevant project information to other departments
• Prepare and update sales pipeline on a regular basis to achieve annual sales targets
• Ensure that customers understand the company contract and condition terms and follow-up closely during project execution (rental)
• Ensure that customers understand the company invoicing and follow through with collection of payments
• Communicate and report to Director regarding project status and sales activities on a regular basis
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your profile includes:

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in formwork sector preferably in the Sales sector
• Experience in AutoCAD Software (preferred)
• Excel, Word, Outlook: Sound knowledge is mandatory
• Strong Sense for Flexibility and Responsibility
• Self-confidence and high self-assertion
• Self-reliable working and comprehensive project responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure e.g. because of irregular working hours
