As a Senior Relationship Manager in the Auto Loans Team, your Key Responsibilities include:

1. Lead automotive financing growth
2. Develop and execute business-development strategies to grow the automotive financing portfolio.
3. Identify new customers, business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the automotive sector.
4. Drive revenue, portfolio growth and profitability targets.
5. Develop opportunities for cross-selling and referrals across existing customer relationships.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.

2. Build strong industry relationships

1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with automotive businesses and key industry stakeholders.
2. Build strong partnerships with motor dealers, automotive groups and other relevant industry participants.
3. Leverage your industry network to generate new business opportunities.
4. Act as a trusted financing partner and advisor to customers.

3. Financing advisory

1. Guide customers through financing applications, structuring and approval processes.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate financing solutions.
3. Work closely with Credit, Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client servicing.
4. Maintain strong understanding of relevant automotive financing products and market practices.

4. Portfolio management

1. Monitor portfolio performance, revenue and profitability.
2. Identify opportunities to strengthen customer retention and deepen existing relationships.
3. Ensure business growth is achieved within the company's credit and risk parameters.
4. Provide regular business and portfolio updates to Senior Management.

5. Team leadership

1. Lead, coach and develop the Credit Marketing team.
2. Set clear business and performance objectives for the team.
3. Monitor individual and team performance against agreed targets.
4. Develop a strong customer-focused and results-driven culture.

Requirements:

1. At least 10 years ofproven track record in corporate financing, with working knowledge of the automotive industry and in auto loan products like Block Discounting, Floor Stock and Direct facilities
2. Degree in Business or Finance related discipline
3. Good industry network and interpersonal skills
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. A self-starter and team player
6. Results-driven with a passion for helping businesses succeed
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
