About the role

Meyer Motors Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Sales Executive as we grow our Automotive Finance team in a full-time capacity. You will be first point of contact for new clients, embodying our spirit and commitment to our clients.

This role is central to our business strategy, focusing on driving revenue and relationships with our client. As a Finance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for speaking to clients, daily follow ups, presenting automotive financial solutions, and closing deals that contribute directly to the company's revenue growth and market expansion objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Daily follow up with warm leads

• Understanding the needs and demands of each clients

• Presenting financial solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

• Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics

• Preparing accurate quotations, proposals and financial documentation for clients

• Maintaining interal CRM for detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline management

• Collaborating with internal teams including operations and management to facilitate smooth transaction processing

• Staying informed about company products, industry trends and competitive offerings

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in sales, know how to work within systems. Preferably in financial services, automotive finance or related sectors

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele and team members

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

• Sound understanding of financial products, credit processes and customer creditworthiness assessment

• Ability to close deals effectively

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a competitive drive

• Ability to work independently

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, sales or related discipline

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is advantageous
