Job summary

• To continuously enhance knowledge of your specialism to enable you to work on business expansion
• To actively generate business leads and pipelines through various approaches
• To regularly visit clients' sites to build rapport and to provide recruitment needs
• To develop good understanding of clients' companies and their industry
• To create and perform job advertising on various channels to provide opportunities to and attract candidates
• To build relationships with candidates and clients to expand your leads and network
• To source, identify and approach suitable candidates using JAC's extensive database, LinkedIn and other sources
• To receive and review applications from candidates, shortlist candidates to share with clients and manage interviews for both ends
• To provide advice to clients and candidates on market insightsTo liaise on interviews, brief and prepare candidates for job interviews with clients, and share feedback with both clients and candidates on interviews
• To offer advices and negotiate conditions to and for clients and candidates
• To provide guidance to junior team members, and to work together with other colleagues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, or a proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience in B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Results-oriented with the ability to achieve targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive, with a positive attitude.
