Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a results-driven corporate services/solutions sales professional with Japanese language skills to cultivate new clients and manage existing accounts.

The role involves market research, client advisory, high-volume cold-calling, negotiations, and networking, supported by full training and a bi-yearly salary review to accelerate career progression.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of corporate service/solutions sales experience.
• Experience in recruitment industry is a plus.
• Must be proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients.
• Ability to conduct a high volume of cold-calling to develop new clients.
• Flexible, adaptable to change, eager to learn, self-driven and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform market research to understand the various industries.
• Develop new clients and maintain existing clients.
• Understand clients' recruitment needs and provide advice as required.
• Deliver new positions and coordinate with the Consultant Team to ensure sourcing needs.
• Negotiate with clients as required.
• Attend networking sessions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform market research to understand the various industries
• Develop new clients and Maintain existing clients
• Understand clients' recruitment needs as well as provide the necessary advice to clients if required
• Delivery of new positions brought in and communicate closely with the Consultant Team to ensure they understand the position's requirement for sourcing purposes
• Perform negotiation with clients as and when required
• Attend networking sessions as and when required

Requirements

• Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of corporate service/solutions sales experience
• Candidates with experience in the Recruitment industry will have a distinct advantage
• Candidate must be proficient in the Japanese language to liaise and communicate with Japanese-speaking clients
• Candidates will be required to conduct a high volume of cold-calling to develop new clients
• Candidates who are flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven, and a team player will have a distinct advantage
