Qualifications

• Candidate would be required to communicate with Japanese stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Continuously enhance knowledge to support business expansion.
• Actively generate leads and pipelines through various approaches.
• Visit clients' sites to build rapport and understand recruitment needs.
• Develop understanding of clients' companies and industries.
• Create and post job advertisements across channels to attract candidates.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients to expand leads.
• Source, identify, and approach suitable candidates using databases and networks.
• Review applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Provide market insights and liaise on interviews and feedback.
• Advise and negotiate conditions for clients and candidates.
• Mentor juniors and collaborate with colleagues.
