Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive recruitment professional to support clients with end-to-end talent acquisition. You will source candidates, conduct interviews, and present profiles that fit client needs.

Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2+) to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders is required. Training provided; non-experience candidates welcome to apply in a team-oriented, growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• JLPT N2 or higher required to liaise with Japanese clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or client-facing roles is advantageous.

• Portfolio by job function basis will be assigned by mutual agreement.

Responsibilities

• Provide full recruitment support to new and existing clients.
• Perform research and understand clients and their industries well.
• Source suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews with candidates and assess suitability based on client requirements.
• Create profiling of suitable candidates to propose to engaged clients.
• Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage expectations.
• Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates.
• Perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates.
• Work closely with different teams to fulfill client needs.
