About the Role

You’ve been doing QS work for years. Quotations, claims, VOs, the works.

Now you're ready for more.

You want to guide others, improve how things run, and have a say in how the QS team performs as a whole.

We’re looking for someone like you. A Senior QS who is still hands‑on but ready to lead.

You will work with experienced QSs who are capable, but need clearer planning, better follow‑through, and someone to connect the dots.

This is a chance to grow into a QS Manager role, with support from leadership and a team that is ready to follow the right lead.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review and plan all key QS tasks. From quotation to claim
• Work closely with Sales and Projects to keep scope and costing aligned
• Guide and support other QSs to stay clear and consistent
• Improve simple tracking tools. No need to be fancy, just effective
• Handle major VOs and client‑side coordination where needed
• Bring structure and visibility to our costing and claim process
• Mentor others. Not by barking orders, but by guiding and building trust

What We’re Looking For

• 6 to 10 years QS experience in construction, steel, or fabrication
• Strong in quotation prep, VO handling, and cost tracking
• Able to guide experienced QSs without needing to act like a boss
• Confident communicator. Can speak clearly to clients and team
• Organised, reliable, and takes ownership
• Comfortable building simple systems and planning ahead
