QS Manager
Working days: 5.5 days
Location: Tuas
Salary: $5,000 to $7,000
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in QS or Engineering related field
- Min 5 years of working experience in Construction (Structural/Facade) Industry
- Possess BCSS or CSOC if necessary
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts
- Assisting Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
- Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients and Suppliers for Project Cost Issues
- Document Control
- Experienced in Facade Works
