The role requires 8–10 years of experience, strong presentation skills, and a track record in multi‑product selling within CRM and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of pre-sales experience in CRM or enterprise solutions.
• Ability to run discovery sessions and uncover business challenges.
• Proven briefing and presentation skills to executives.
• Experience selling to public sector agencies.
• Strong business case and ROI justification.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and multi-product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Singapore accounts with discovery sessions and workshops.
• Define, prototype, and pilot solutions for customers.
• Present business value of Salesforce cloud to managers.
• Lead pilots from inception to completion.
• Integrate Salesforce with existing applications.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently.
