Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking Senior Technical Architects to join our Professional Services Public Sector team in Singapore. You will act as a strategic advisor and Salesforce platform expert for large, complex customers, guiding architecture, integration and delivery across agile projects.

The role requires hands-on architectural leadership, strong communication and the ability to influence executives and teams, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (CRM, ERP, HR) and coding in object oriented languages.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Experience guiding customers and project members in deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
• Work independently and in distributed teams with ownership mindset.
• Rapidly learn new technologies and demonstrate strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally depending on customer needs.
• Alignment with core competencies for the role (leadership, volunteering, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and advisory engagements for large, complex customers.
• Provide architectural guidance and align work across multiple architects.
• Evaluate business and technical requirements and guide project direction.
• Engage with executives, account teams, engineering and product management.
• Hands-on configuration where required and mentor teams on delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities to position Salesforce Services.
