Salesforce.com Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for Public Sector Solutions to join our Professional Services team in Singapore.

The role requires leading architecture across complex engagements, advising customers, and coordinating with partners to deliver scalable Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical consulting with enterprise integration experience, strong business- and technology-alignment skills, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain (CRM, ERP, HR)
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
• Experience guiding customers and project members in deploying emerging technology for business use cases
• Work independently and in a distributed team; willingness to own problems
• Rapidly learn new technologies; strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed

Responsibilities

• Act as lead architect for overall engagement; coordinate multiple architects on the team
• Guide evaluation of business and technical requirements
• Ensure scalable, standard methodology solutions for customer needs
• Build relationships with key collaborators and team members
• Align with project and engagement managers for planning and implementation
• Direct and mentor diverse teams in technical delivery and communication strategies
• Support pre-sales activities to position Salesforce Services when needed
• Contribute to internal strategic initiatives and knowledge sharing
