Job summary

Salesforce in Singapore is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant to support Singapore accounts and drive multi-product CRM and cloud solutions.

You will conduct discovery sessions, tailor demonstrations, and articulate business value to executives. The role requires strong communication, solid domain knowledge in CRM, cloud computing, and a proven track record in enterprise sales support. A dynamic, customer-focused team awaits.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in a pre-sales role for CRM or high-value business solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication focused on needs analysis and value.
• Superior presentation and demonstration skills.
• Experience selling multiple products to enterprise customers.
• Ability to articulate cloud computing, SFA, service & support benefits.
• Business analysis and ROI construction capabilities.
• Knowledge of data modelling desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Singapore accounts with pre-sales activities.
• Run discovery sessions and workshops to uncover business needs.
• Engage with users to define and prototype solutions and pilots.
• Present the business value of Salesforce suite to executives.
• Create new cloud-based solutions with out-of-the-box thinking.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with product, technical and security details.
• Collaborate with team and share new knowledge.
• Demonstrate integration of cloud apps with existing business apps.
• Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently.
• Be self-motivated and proactive.
