Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years in an architect role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Flows.
• Hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud.
• Lead technical design sessions and create architecture diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
