Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect for Public Sector Solutions in Singapore. The role serves as a strategic adviser and Salesforce platform expert to large, complex customers, guiding architecture, integration, and delivery during projects.

You will interact with executives and engineering teams, align with project management, and support pre-sales activities as needed, using agile delivery practices to achieve enterprise outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience for a major software domain.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Experience guiding customers and project members in deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
• Work independently and as part of a distributed team with ownership of problems.
• Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
• Available to travel regionally depending on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and advisory engagements across Salesforce Clouds and related technologies.
• Ensure scalable and standard methodology solutions to meet customer needs.
• Guide evaluation of business and technical requirements and translate into architectural designs.
• Mentor diverse teams including customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
