Qualifications

Senior/Property Executive/Property Manager (Developer) - YL

Join a leading real estate developer in Asia with a strong track record across residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments, including some of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks. Multiple opportunities are available across industrial and commercial portfolios islandwide, with additional openings within public sector organizations.

What you will do

• Oversee the general upkeep of buildings, with a strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and security
• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programmes for company-managed properties
• Coordinate and supervise contractors on maintenance, repair, and renovation works
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with tenants and business partners
• Address complaints, feedback, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Manage the handover and takeover of premises with tenants or buyers
• Actively participate as a member of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (e.g. SIC, ERT, First Aider)
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager

What you will need

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), or Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management
• Min 2 years of experience in the property or facilities management function
• Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications would be advantageous
