We are hiring a Product Manager!

As a Product Manager at Breeze, you’ll take ownership of our product lifecycle from concept to launch, shaping the future of our payments and fintech solutions. You’ll work directly with users, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver products that solve real problems and create measurable value. This is a high‑impact role where your ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution will help define our product roadmap and drive Breeze’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration.
• Work closely with users and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Translate business needs and user insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to scope, build, and ship features that matter.
• Drive product launches and go‑to‑market plans in partnership with ops and marketing.
• Use data to inform decisions, measure success, and continuously improve the product.
• Help shape product strategy and prioritization as we scale.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong product instincts and problem‑solving skills with a user‑first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills – this is key for working closely with cross‑functional teams and owning product decisions.
• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a tech company or startup.
• Experience shipping software products end‑to‑end, ideally in B2B or fintech environments.
• Comfort working with data and using metrics to drive product decisions.
• A technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus.
• Prior experience in payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure is a bonus.
• A passion for working in a dynamic startup environment and building from zero to one.
