Overview

Do you want to lead the growth of one of Europe’s most credible bank-grade digital assets platforms, working at the intersection of banking, blockchain, and policy innovation? Then we might have the role you are looking for. As the Senior Product Manager in the Digital Assets Platform team at Banking Circle, you will join a mission-driven team building the next-generation global financial infrastructure that will shape how institutions settle value 24/7 across fiat and digital assets. You will be working out of our office in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Digital Assets Platform. This role is responsible for owning the technical product delivery, maintenance and enhancements of Banking Circle’s core digital asset platform capabilities, building the foundational bank-grade infrastructure that enables stablecoins, tokenized deposits, tokenized assets, settlement, and on-chain connectivity to operate securely, at scale, and in full alignment with regulatory obligations. We offer a hybrid work model for our employees to allow for flexibility and productivity. However, we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform technical delivery roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with long-term extensibility for new assets, chains, and use cases.
• Position the platform as a trusted bank-grade bridge between traditional financial services and on-chain ecosystems.
• Ensure platform strategy aligns with Banking Circle’s risk appetite, regulatory obligations, and commercial objectives.
• Lead delivery of core platform components and translate the platform strategy into clear and detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Drive platform scalability, resilience, and security across multiple blockchains (private and public), assets and functional use cases.
• Manage the end-to-end New Product Approval (NPA) process, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Treasury, and Operations.
• Define control frameworks for wallet governance, key management, smart contract upgrades, and incident response.
• Support regulatory engagement and audits by clearly articulating platform design, controls, and data flows.
• Support licensing and regulatory submissions with regulators where applicable.
• Enable ecosystem connectivity with exchanges, custodians, payment providers, market makers and blockchain partners.
• Build platform capabilities that enable clients to integrate seamlessly into Banking Circle’s digital asset services via APIs.
• Partner with Commercial, BD, and Client Solutions teams to support institutional client onboarding onto the digital assets platform.
• Define and track platform KPIs including uptime, transaction throughput, latency, and integration velocity.
• Establish governance processes for platform change management, dependency coordination, and technical debt prioritization.
• Use data and client feedback to continuously optimize platform performance, reliability, and developer experience.

Qualifications

Preferably, you have 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years of experience owning complex platform or infrastructure products, where you have gained proven experience building digital assets, payments, or financial-market infrastructure in regulated environments. You have a strong understanding of blockchain systems, wallets, and on-chain settlement flows, and you are technically fluent in this field and comfortable discussing blockchain architecture, APIs, smart contracts, and security controls. You are a platform thinker, with the ability to design reusable, scalable product foundations. Exposure to regulatory frameworks relevant to digital assets if preferred. As a person, you are a strong cross-functional leader and collaborator, who can align with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and areas of the business, such as engineering, compliance, risk, legal, commercial etc. You are a structured and data-driven decision maker with excellent prioritization skills, and you can clearly communicate and translate complex technical concepts for senior stakeholders. You are execution focused and comfortable operating in evolving and ambiguous product domains.
