Job summary

StarHub Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Private Cloud Solution Sales Specialist to drive adoption of secure, sovereign private cloud solutions for government, public sector and regulated enterprises. You will own end-to-end solutioning across Huawei servers, Nutanix HCI, Red Hat OpenShift, Veeam, and Dell Technologies infrastructure.

Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, crafting value propositions, leading bids, and ensuring revenue targets while maintaining top-tier customer

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer engagement, presales or account management in Telecom or IT.
• Deep knowledge of cloud services: public, private, and hybrid.
• Familiarity with on-prem private cloud (Microsoft/ VMware) and public cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Introduce StarHub's solutions to drive wallet share with government and regulated enterprises.
• Identify champions and decision makers to map business challenges to value propositions.
• Address complex client problems with Cloud, Hybrid Cloud and On-premise options.
• Engage across all org levels, including C-levels, to negotiate and close deals.
• Prepare, review, and optimize bid documents; coach technical writers.
• Present customer benefits in proposals and presentations.
• Support contract negotiations to bridge legal, technical and commercial gaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to craft strategies and business models.
• Help ensure revenue targets are met and accurate billing forecasts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction across engagements.
