Job summary

You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions, guiding delivery from pre-sales through implementation.

The role requires deep cloud and virtualization expertise, strong English communication, and Mandarin for coordination with China headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in public cloud pre-sales or solution architecture.
• Experience with cloud tech, virtualization (KVM/Xen/LXC), and secure architectures.
• Strong English; Mandarin proficiency required for ChinaHQ collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect customized cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Engage with customers to translate requirements into execution plans.
• Act as liaison between customers and backend engineering teams to ensure delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities with technical presentations and workshops.
• Represent Tencent Cloud at industry events to expand technical influence.
