Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, or business.
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills for high net worth clients.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products, wealth planning, and credit solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Acquire New-To-Bank (NTB) and New-To-Premier (NTP) clients for Premier Private Client (Offshore).
• Cross-sell the OCBC Premier Private Client Banking proposition to target clients.
• Build and maintain effective customer acquisition sources.
• Identify acquisition opportunities and work with internal/external partners to drive quality acquisitions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with referral partners to create a steady pipeline.
• Engage partners to generate a consistent prospect funnel and convert leads into sales.
• Perform onboarding via face-to-face or digital meetings and ensure KYC/AML compliance.
• Deliver best-in-class service to internal and external customers.
