Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Senior/Premier Relationship Manager to actively acquire and manage Premier Banking Offshore clients, driving revenue and growth through expert financial guidance and cross-selling.

You will service affluent clients with market updates, conduct consultative analysis, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver superior customer experience while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in banking/financial services, preferably affluent segment.
• Experience covering Indonesian market.
• CMFAS certifications listed.
• Knowledge of banking and investment products (unit trusts, bancassurance, treasury).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; tele-consulting ability.
• Independent and team-oriented, meticulous and proactive.
• Drive to achieve sales quota and revenue; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking Offshore customers, develop and strengthen relationships with the Bank in line with business goals.
• Contribute to Premier Banking profitability and growth targets.
• Manage relationships with new and existing affluent customers through consultative financial analysis.
• Up-sell, cross-sell and provide regular market updates and trend analysis to these customers.
• Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of Premier Banking.
