Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Senior Relationship Development Manager to build long-lasting relationships with high net worth clients and deliver tailored financial solutions, drawing on deep industry knowledge.

You will identify new business opportunities, collaborate with investment specialists, wealth planners, and credit professionals, and stay current with market trends, regulatory requirements, and product developments to help clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• A degree in finance, economics, or business.
• 8+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Offshore market experience is an added advantage.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products, wealth planning, and credit solutions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
• A team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to work with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients in the offshore markets in North Asia/South Asia (e.g. Greater China, Malaysia, Indonesia).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment specialists, wealth planners, and credit specialists, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on investment products, wealth planning, and credit solutions.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments.
