Job summary

OCBC Bank is hiring a Senior Relationship Development Manager (Onshore) to build long-lasting relationships with high net worth clients and deliver bespoke financial solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, work with internal stakeholders, and maintain a constant pipeline of prospects.

The role requires a degree in finance, economics, or business and 8+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and knowledge of wealth planning and investment products.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics or business.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably private banking or wealth management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to work with high net worth clients.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products, wealth planning and credit solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Team player who can collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acquire New-To-Bank (NTB) and New-To-Premier (NTP) clients for Premier Private Client (Onshore).
• Cross-sell OCBC Premier Private Client Banking propositions to target clients.
• Build and maintain effective client acquisition sources.
• Identify acquisition opportunities and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Develop and foster strategic tie-ups with potential referral partners.
• Engage partners to generate a steady pipeline of prospects.
• Convert leads into sales and onboard customers via face-to-face or digital onboarding.
• Meet compliance and end-to-end onboarding standards, including KYC and AML.
