About the Role

You will support the coordination and delivery of key Ancillary Services across clinics and mobile service sites, including:

  • Diabetic Retinal Photography (DRP)
  • Diabetic Foot Screening (DFS)
  • Nurse Counselling
  • Spirometry

This role works closely with doctors, nurses, clinic staff, and the PCN HQ team to ensure smooth operations and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Across both levels, responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating Ancillary Services (e.g. DRP/DFS/Nurse Counselling/Spirometry)
  • Supporting patient registration, appointment scheduling, and service flow
  • Providing patient education and assisting clinicians during service delivery
  • Performing documentation, data entry, and filing
  • Handling patient enquiries professionally
  • Liaising with clinics and HQ on operational matters
  • Supporting audits, reports, and administrative tasks
Additional Responsibilities for Senior PCC

Candidates assessed for the Senior PCC level may take on:

  • Higher responsibility in ensuring SOP adherence and service quality
  • Handling escalation or workflow issues and proposing solutions
  • Supporting onboarding and guidance for junior PCCs
  • Monitoring data accuracy and supporting higher-level reporting needs
Requirements (Placement Depends on Experience)

Minimum Requirements for PCC:

  • Diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or related field
  • 1–3 years of healthcare or service-related experience preferred
  • DRP/DFS certification is an advantage (training provided if needed)
  • Basic–intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (dialects an advantage)
  • Responsible, adaptable, and patient-centred
  • Strong team player
Additional Experience for Senior PCC
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in PCN or healthcare operations preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage more complex workflows independently
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Leadership/Mentorship experience an advantage
