Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking a Principal Pre-Sales Engineer for Control-M in Singapore. Based in Singapore, you will partner with sales teams to design and communicate value-driven automation solutions across enterprise environments, including on-prem, cloud and hybrid deployments.

You will lead technical responses, deliver compelling demonstrations, and translate complex concepts into clear business outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in enterprise software pre-sales or related technical client-facing roles.
• Strong expertise in Control-M or comparable workload automation platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise job scheduling, batch automation, data workflows and monitoring.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, demos and proofs of concept or value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to capture complex customer requirements and design value-driven solutions.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions with stakeholders across business, operations, IT and security.
• Assess customer environments, architectures, workflows and performance metrics.
• Identify automation, reliability, efficiency, governance, and scalability improvements.
• Design Control-M-based architectures for workflows, pipelines, and integrations.
• Deliver workshops, product demos, deep-dive sessions and proofs of value.
• Respond to RFI/RFP with persuasive technical and business responses.
• Translate technical detail into clear business outcomes for varied audiences.
• Collaborate with sales, product, services, partners and regional teams throughout the cycle.
• Maintain awareness of enterprise architectures and evolving digital priorities.
