Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Application Engineer to support the sales team with pre-sales activities, delivering technical presentations, demos, and trainings for customers and distributors.

You will participate in customer visits, line audits, and design reviews, translating requirements into clear technical specifications and providing feedback to product management for roadmap improvements. A Diploma/ITE and 2–3 years in technical sales are required.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or similar.
• 2-3 years work experience in technical-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in pre-sales activities: technical clarification, feasibility checks, cycle-time and energy calculations, ROI justification.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and product trainings for customers, distributors, and internal staff.
• Participate in customer visits, line audits, and design reviews; capture requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Provide structured feedback from customers and applications to product management and R&D for roadmap and product improvements.
• Contribute to application notes, best-practice guidelines, and reference designs.
